Get inspired.........with training that has produced dancers who have performed as corps de ballet, soloists and principal dancers with Houston Ballet, American Ballet Theatre II, Cincinnati Ballet, Tulsa Ballet Theatre, Louisville Ballet, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Dayton Ballet, Hartford Ballet as well as in European companies and on Broadway and London’s West End in Phantom of the Opera and Twyla Tharp’s Movin’ Out.
As appropriate to level:
TECHNIQUE & POINTE Russian based training that gives each student the comprehensive instruction and individual attention necessary for maximum progress in a summer program. Students gain in strength, confidence, precision and knowledge in a positive atmosphere.
CHARACTER DANCE Mr. Slavin is a nationally recognized character teacher.
CLASSICAL REPERTOIRE Learn selections from ballets as they were performed by the Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo, American Ballet Theatre and the Royal Winnipeg Ballet.
BALLET MIME This is the very specialized pantomime, an art form in itself, that is used in ballets such as Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty and Giselle.
